Ben Unsworth, son of Prophet Graham leader of HRCB and Mary Dahdah were engaged on Sunday 5th October in Mary’s home city of Beirut, Lebanon.

Mary has been a member almost since the Church was formed in 2009 and has been a faithful worker for all of that time. She studied for a Masters degree at Aston University and was successful in the completion of her studies. She had to return to Lebanon in April of this year and has been working with International Medical Corps which assists refugees in various parts of the world. She also does a ‘Saturday job’ working with child victims from mainly the Syrian refugee community as a psychologist.

Mary came to faith in her home nation and has been involved there with the Baptist movement, Youth for Christ and latterly as an attender at an Anglican church in Beirut.
Ben currently leads our MBC cell and teaches Bible School material to the Church members who have enrolled. This involves exam writing and coursework marking. He also leads the scribe orbit and helps maintain the Church website. He is a gifted writer. He currently works at the RAC based in Walsall.

Ben has been raised mainly in Birmingham based churches including Sutton Coldfield Baptist Church where he was active in the Life Groups and attended the various youth activities. He came to faith around the age of fourteen and was baptised in the Spirit not long after. After turbulent years in his late teens and early twenties Ben went as a student to Miracle Bible College in Cape Town where he completed his two year course. Whilst there he attended Harvester Reformational Church Cape Town taking an active role in the services and households.

The Body of believers in HRCB wish them all of God’s richest blessings as they plan a future together. For my wife and I we are excited to receive Mary into our family as a daughter-in-grace.
